Nadia M. Harasymowycz
After her call to the bar in 2009, Nadia practiced for four years with a prominent downtown boutique firm, practicing exclusively in the field of Estate litigation. Having developed a knowledge base of the law as well as a keen understanding of how Estate Planning and Administration can avoid the possibility of litigation, Nadia decided to broaden her practice. She now has a practice focused on Estate Litigation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
Nadia’s experience has led her to edit a portion of the Licensing Process Examination Study Materials for admission to the Law Society of Upper Canada. She has appeared before the Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Nadia is admitted to practice law in the Province of Ontario (2009) and the State of New York (2010).
